What a blessing to be here in these uncertain times. The irony is that with this coronavirus pandemic, parts of the world like the United States can be taken to its knees. We are all in a battle against an invisible enemy. It is so crazy how this virus showed up out of nowhere. It has began to threaten our way of life almost overnight. The world did not have any time at all the truly prepare. As an Earth of people, we were all caught off guard. Even the smartest and most academically strong did not study enough for something like this.

 I am so sorry for all the human losses we have experienced all around the globe. My heart goes out to the people who are staying at home and cannot interact with loved ones and friends. I have empathy for those whose services will be cut off because of the lack of resources, capital, and manpower. My heart goes out deep because this is only the beginning.

 We must remember that our common threat is invisible. This is a war with the invisible virus and not a war with each other. I believe that the world is on track for a major panic and I pray that we can all be civilized through the shortages of essentials. I pray that we can all just get along at a distance and that we all can get what we need without taking by force. I pray that the world is not so discouraged by the product substitutions that we must get accustomed to. After all, we need food and water to survive and that will be there for us. We just may not get what we really want as others shop unfairly and in bulk. Shopping at the grocery store may be the only place people are subjected to a large crowd. This is something to consider.

I know that the world is eager by financial and social pressure to get back out and produce in the marketplace. We need to understand that if we proliferate this invisible enemy by being social again more lives will be lost. There is not going to be a vaccine until 12 to 24 months from now. We must hold fast and adjust our way of life to survive.

 I know this is random but I wonder how domestic and wild animals are being affected by the coronavirus.
